From first workflow to daily operations.

Start with one useful job. Connect the right systems, set the rules, and put Finn to work. Expand as it becomes part of your day.

A clear start. Room to grow.

Finn is subscription software. Begin in a managed workspace and configure the product around the work your team needs to do.

Your workspace

Create your account and business workspace. Give the right people access.

Your software

Connect existing systems or choose the operations you want to manage in Finn.

Your channels

Choose where customers and employees reach agents, including the Finn workspace and connected messaging channels.

Your boundaries

Set data access, action permissions, approval requirements, and the results you want to track.

Start with a job everyone understands.

A focused first workflow makes it clear what Finn should do and how your team will know it is working.

  1. Choose the outcome.

Pick a job with a clear starting point, an owner, and a result you can check.

  2. Connect the essentials.

Link the records, channels, and actions needed for that job.

  3. Set and test the rules.

Review access, approvals, normal cases, and exceptions with the people who own the work.

  4. Put it into use.

Activate the agent or Task. Watch completed work and handle items that need attention.

  5. Expand with purpose.

Add related jobs, teams, and locations using the same platform.

An enterprise fit, when you need it.

The managed online product is the starting point. Discuss dedicated environments, private-cloud or on-premises deployment, and approved model options when your requirements call for them. Hosting, data location, and model processing are agreed for the selected setup.
